Sales management is conducted from the on-site sales office, centralizing all sales processes. To ensure consistency and enable clients to explore various options and unit types, the sales manager is deeply familiar with the settlement and its surroundings, understands the target audiences, and adapts to diverse client needs. The sales process offers a variety of financing solutions to assist buyers in acquiring suitable properties, while maintaining cash flow flexibility.
The Adam settlement is a highly diverse community, and it was crucial for us to tailor the brand to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Despite the project's location in the Judea and Samaria region, we maintained a marketing standard on par with projects in central Israel, from a well-designed and equipped sales office to high-quality printed and online materials. Additionally, as part of the project is being executed through a purchasing group, emphasizing the physical presence of a professional and reliable company is critical to its success.
