

The developer, Kim Lustigman Company, together with Maoz Preis Architects, is promoting the execution of a project that will be built as part of urban renewal and will include approximately 50 apartments for sale. The project's design underwent several alternatives. Ultimately, it was decided to upgrade the design, from the interior planning and apartment sizes to the finishing level of the building and residential units.

The developing neighborhood of North Tel Aviv is located in northeast Tel Aviv, adjacent to the luxury neighborhoods of Zahala and Ramat HaHayal, and the employment centers of Kiryat Atidim and Ramat HaHayal. Over the past decade, the Tel Aviv Municipality has begun promoting a series of Pinui Binui plans in the neighborhood.
The neighborhood was among the first to undergo urban renewal. It is estimated that within a few years, the old neighborhood will be unrecognizable.
The Lustigman project in Neve Sharett is within walking distance of the Green Line of the Light Rail, the Neve Sharett Country Club, and leading educational institutions. Additionally, the area boasts extensive green spaces, Yarkon Park, and convenient access to major transportation arteries and exits from the city.
The project's environment is highly competitive, with several projects slated to be built concurrently. We are building a project that will look and feel somewhat different from most of the construction in the area.

The project came to us after an architectural firm had developed a detailed plan for it. After reviewing the project with the developing company, it was decided to make a change and approach Maoz Preis Architects to carry out a revised design based on the market research we conducted. We developed a mix and program based on the target audience's preferences and demands, with a strong emphasis on interior design and building facades.
